Booking and Service Guidelines

At WellnessLand, we want to ensure that your experience is seamless and enjoyable. Please take a moment to review our guidelines for booking and using our services.

Booking a Service

You can book our services in three convenient ways: by phone, via email, or in person at our reception. To secure your preferred time slot, we recommend booking at least three days in advance.

Arrival in WellnessLand

To make the most of your visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of your service. This allows you to check in, change, and prepare for your wellness experience.

Service Cancellation

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel a booked service, please do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to cancel on time may result in the restriction of future service bookings.

Payment

Payment for services should be settled at our club reception before the scheduled date. We accept various payment methods, including cash, debit and credit cards, as well as company accounts for your convenience.

Using Our Services

When you purchase one of our Day Spa vouchers, you gain access to all facilities covered by the voucher. You'll find spa facilities, towels, bathrobes, and sauna skirts at your disposal. To fully enjoy the spa area, please remember to bring appropriate swimwear, slippers, and a pool cap.

We're here to serve you during the following hours:

• Monday to Friday: FITNESS 06:30h to 22:00h SPA 08:00h to 21:00h
• Saturdays: 09:00 AM to 9 PM
• Sundays: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Special Benefits
