Participants can book the Performance Class through the technogym app.
Step 2
When participants arrive at the Unity Self kiosk, they simply log in to the Teambeats app.
Step 3
The trainer guides participants through the warmup, workout, and cooldown with the on-screen timer setting the pace.
Step 4
After each class, the individual heart rate breakdown is assessed to monitor compliance with the class.

SkillX, with its four programs, power, speed, agility and stamina, is a program based on the improvement of basic motor skills, all in a combination of endurance training and strength training. With the interval way of working out, using the latest generation of equipment used in the training practice of top athletes, SkillX introduces fitness training into the life of a modern person. Also, most people do not have enough time to train more than a few hours a week, and SkillX ensures that in that short period we achieve high results in a wide range of human motor potential.
The disadvantage of group training is the lack of personalization, and SkillX allows us to measure the intensity of training by monitoring the heart rate when it comes to internal factors, and the variability of Skill equipment allows us to do it with external factors as well. Along with personalizaion, digital solutions ensure a high level of organization of each individual training and a good atmosphere, which further facilitates the achievement of good results. The monitoring of the MyWellness application gives a clear view of each individual training unit when it comes to heart rate and allows us to compare our results and thus monitor the improvement of the level of training.
